How do you decide between building custom and configuring something off the shelf?
We'll tell you honestly — including when the answer is 'don't hire us.' Custom software earns its cost when the workflow is genuinely yours: a competitive advantage or an operational reality no product models well. For everything else, we'd rather integrate the right existing tool than build a worse version of it.
Our critical system was built by someone who left years ago. Can you help?
This is a project shape we know well. We start by making the system safe to touch — version control, a reproducible environment, tests around the behavior that must not change — then modernize incrementally while it stays in service. No freeze, no leap-of-faith cutover.
What size projects do you take on?
Anything from a focused internal tool measured in weeks to multi-year system replacements. What matters to us is that the problem is real and the scope is honest — we'd rather ship a small system that works than a large one that stalls.
Will our team be able to maintain it after handover?
Yes — that's a design constraint, not an afterthought. We build with mainstream, hireable technology, write documentation as we go, and run handover sessions with your engineers. Many clients keep us on retainer anyway, but by choice, not by lock-in.
