How do you approach replacing a system the business depends on daily?
Incrementally, with the old system running until the new one has earned trust. We use strangler-pattern migrations: route one workflow at a time to the new system, verify against the old, and keep a rollback path at every stage. The riskiest event in enterprise IT is the big-bang cutover, so we simply don't do them.
Can you work alongside our internal engineering team?
That's our preferred mode. We integrate with your processes — your repos, your review standards, your change windows — and treat knowledge transfer as a deliverable. Success for us is your team confidently operating the system, with us as a partner rather than a dependency.
